Founded in 1982 by Jean-Paul Crowin and acquired by Mario Provençal in 1984 and his son Alexandre Provençal in 2018, La Maison Crowin only manufactures maple-syrup waffles in its infancy. Over the years, the range of products will be expanded to include now a fortnight. Our range of products is distributed in the major food stores in Quebec.
